On a motorcycle trip and needed to reattach a negative terminal. The counter guy was super helpful and got us exactly what we needed! Excellent customer service and the right part at the right time!

Worst customer service from Kyler. After days of issues delivering a part I call to see if it could just be picked up. I was informed it was delivered. I asked where it was delivered to when I let him know that they did not deliver it to the correct house. I was told "O-well, it's close enough" I asked how that business ethic worked for Car Quest and was told "I'm independently own, there's nothing you can do about it"

Guy at counter was very knowledgeable i just stopped for wipers i told him I think i need 22s he looked out window seen what I was driving and said yep 22s only complaint I would have is its pretty expensive i thought I got cheapest wipers they were 50 bucks for carquest brand

When no one else had the part's that I needed without going through a dealership they had exactly what I wanted and needed. Great employees and great prices. Thank you Carquest.

Good people working there! Needed a new car battery, did not have one of the model in stock, so they ordered and it will be in the next day.
