Maybe it's because I am a female that all guys were in there working and no one addressed me or even took the time to ask if I needed help. I didn't need the help, but it's the fact that they didn't even address me as a customer as 2 were sitting and talking at the counter with one gentleman while another employee was on the phone.

John was very helpful with parts. He went out of his way to help. Seemed very knowledgeable. Most parts store cant figure out something if it's not simple.
