I have had an unbelievable challenge getting any big corporate parts store to order a very simple item. I just needed a pair of pliers (plug boot). Even when they show the item online, not available. Got some great customer service from a lovely lady along with strong management support. Just waiting for the shocks to arrive. Nice part about it they are just across the street from a highly recommended auto repair facility.
