Came to this location for Battery Life check and needed my battery replaced. Ross helped me and he made everything feel easy, he was very helpful and respectful! come and see Ross if you vehicle needs assistance.
I park at approximately 3:40 on Jan 6 and Ross is helping someone in the parking lot. I go inside and Ross is headed in to help me before any of the other employees can even greet me. Give this guy a raise, workers like him are a dying breed. He was all over the place and working harder than anyone else in the building.
Great service, Shawn and Devin were absolutely remarkable. I will always come back here if needed. They changed a bad battery in no time!
I stopped in this morning (3/26/22) and was thoroughly impressed with the staff. Shawn helped me with several items and also researched one to ensure I got the right part. I really appreciate the competitive prices and value from Advance Auto but I appreciate the great staff even more.
Great service, good prices, prompt delivery (online purchase, in-store delivery).
