Carquest Auto Parts - Hoben and Buford

So, so helpful in finding a rarely needed part for our trailer. Didn’t think he had it , but called us back when he located it! We were on the road traveling and were so thankful for his help.

Best service we have had in an auto parts store for a very long time. The gentleman working there yesterday went above and beyond to get us back on the road safely. He even called ahead to the hardware store to ask them to stay open for my husband who was coming for a specific bolt we needed to fix our truck. Great customer service and nice person. Thank you!

These guys helped me out on a recent trip when the truck I was driving started running hot. After waking from a refreshing nights sleep in a nearby Cir K parking lot, I decided to ease over to Carquest a little early and wait till they opened up at 7am. The truck was running cooler than the night before and I got there around 6:15. To my surprise, they were already open and helping other customers! Once inside I was greeted by a couple guys working behind the counter and after explaining the symptoms a unanimous decision was made to replace the thermostat. $37 later and we were on our way.

I was trying to locate a battery for my Dad's truck and a price. The gentleman was very friendly and helpful on the phone. I arrived about 10 minutes before closing and they were kind enough to change the batteries out for me. It was also the best price I was given on the phone.
