I went in for a part for a beater vehicle, and staff was helpful in searching for a part on a relatively old/expired Outback. Even though it couldn’t be found right away, staff were able to point me in the right direction. This isn’t the first time I’ve been in, but I appreciated the assistance today!
Would rate 10 stars if I could. This place has the best customer service I have seen in a while. I feel like I can trust them, which is a big deal in that industry
If you spend $160 on a battery and it dies yet the battery carries a three-year warranty make sure you keep the original receipt! They will not honor their own warranty unless you kept the receipt from a couple years ago. They just find loopholes to make a little more money from you. I cannot say I could recommend spending any money there.
