Carquest Auto Parts

I called around looking for snow salt and I understand that it is like gold these days with the upcoming snow storm. I went online and it states that they had some available for pick up on the Advance Auto Parts site, which now I realize it is the Carquest Auto Parts. I called the store just to make sure that the product was available. After being on hold for a long time, a gentleman answered the phone to tell me that to be honest he only had a few bags left and they were for first come first serve. So I proceeded to ask does that mean if I place my pick up order and get there first can I get the product, and should I continue with my online pick-up order? He continued tell me again that it is first come first serve so it's not guaranteed. Okay so I sent my daughter there 4 mins away and

Very disappointing for my recent visiting to this store for the first time. The staff were so phone-focused that they forgot about the customers right in front of them! I waited for over 10 minutes without being acknowledged. I would give 0 stars if I can.

Sold me the wrong headlight bulb... returned the next day to exchange and was told it's non returnable... I've been going there for the past 8 years... just lost a good customer.
