Guy working the counter totally ignored me when I walked in just needed to pick up a part that was paid for the day before.waited 5 minutes while he was helping and visiting with a customer.finally spoke up and asked if I could have my part.he said yeah it's paid for but no name on it.Itold him what the part was and he gave it to me with no customer service skills ,nothing! Bought parts there many times,not from this guy,Daryl and his other brother Daryl.Sorry experience

These guys are great! They always strive to find the right part the first time and clearly communicate when the part will come in if they don't have it. Being a small business they have a surprisingly vast inventory in store. They have also helped me several times on weekends to custom make hydraulic hoses for heavy equipment using their well-stocked array of fittings and hoses.

Jess is the man always goes the extra mile He is knowledgeable and makes sure you get what you need. Got to give him props for his great attitude. I will be back over and over.

Excellent customer assistance finding the right equipment for specific vehicles. For a small shop in a small town, they always seem to have what I need. Nice to have them local.

Really good service here, I needed help with new wipers and washer fluid and the team helped me replace both on my truck.
