Nice people behind the desk, but DON’T LOOSE YOUR RECEIPT. They gave me the wrong filter a week or two ago. Once I had the oil drained, I realized I had the wrong part number. A trip back to exchange the brand new filter still in their store branded container didn’t work, as their software will not allow a return. Bottom line, I’m out of luck. One would think the advantage of dealing with a local retailer versus Amazon would make such experiences better…
Called ahead, they had my parts pulled and waiting for me, fair price, friendly service. Very happy with the experience!!
Amazing customer service! We stopped in to get a new battery after the idiot light came on. Dan checked it out and gave us great advice! It's great to have a place like this to go where they are not trying to sell you something you don't need. You have a new loyal customer.
They are great. Have the parts or can usually get them by the next day if it's an odd ball. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. The less than 5 star ratings here are a joke likely from people who complain about everything in their life. Not open long enough? They're open 7 days a week. That's not enough I guess....
Good quality parts. I choose car quest brake parts over o'reilly's. I've had a lot of issues with oreilly brake parts. Especially the boot kits and the guide pins. The boots ripe really easily, and the rubber you can tell is very thin. The car quest boot kits are a lot more durable and the guide pins had a little more density to it as well. Just one thing I've noticed after switching to carquest parts.
