Carquest Auto Parts - Smith Auto Supply

Was here today around a quarter to 1, due to thinking I needed brake fluid to help my truck stop better. I actually lost my brakes on the way and had to roll to a stop before entering the store. Speaking with the employee, a nice man with a beard, he helped me not only add the needed fluid but realized there was a break in the back right . He went out of his way to help me and I just wanted to speak out my thanks for his attention to detail and the amount of care shown in his work. I will be going back for the needed brake line now once it gets fixed and shall choose this store for my auto needs in the future.

This store has it all and helpful staff. I came in to purchase a part for a quick change while traveling. The employee came out to the car after the purchase to ensure it was the correct part. We discovered that it would be difficult to do on the road. He helped me return the item.

Was in town for family when our car battery went dead in the evening. We came here as it was open. The man behind counter (Terry?) seemed like a mechanic because he knew so much and helped us BIG TIME! Because of covid what we needed wasn't available at all, leaving us stranded. He knew how to get a different battery that works perfect and our car drives fine. We would be lost without his help and don't know how he knew so much to help us except he seemed like a professional mechanic that maybe helps there.

I was heading back from California with my semi when I blew a coolant line, Luther and Terry were more than helpful getting me back on the road. Thanks guys I really appreciate your knowledge and help. I was able to make it home with no issues.
