It’s a scam business, the sold me broken part and the other parts is not here when they said it arrived yesterday, and now don’t want to initiate instant refund they want me to wait 7 to 10 business days to do this refund I asked for manager they refused to get me a manager to talk to

Been coming here for over 7 years and always had great service in the PAST. I spoke to the manager Marlon today because they gave me wrong fuel pump which was being installed at the Jeep dealership down the road and I waited an extra day because Carquest had to order a new one. During that day, I had to have a rental car for an additional day. I simply asked that they pay for my rental car for one day because they gave me the wrong pump and I had to wait till the following day. Marlon refused to pay or even try to mitigate the situation. Unapologetic about their mistakes. His reasoning was price matching the right pump that they gave me later on, which was only a $30 difference. Incompetent staff and lack of customer service.
