Carquest Auto Parts - Townsend Auto Parts LLC

I needed front brake rotors for my daughters explorer. I asked if there were different sizes for different years and was told no, "they're all the same size". When I got to my daughters place, miles away, and got into the brakes I found that they were different sizes. Long story short, after finding rotors that were the right size, I got her brakes done. Went to return the parts I talked to the guy at the counter and told him there different sizes, he said, " I was afraid of that". Then they charged me 10% for returning them. Never again!

I was driving from NYC to Seattle when the fan clutch died on RAM 3500.. I just stopped on the side of the road and started calling to all auto parts stores in this area (I was +- 10ml away from Townsend). Everyone shouted go to dealer, this is a special order.. when I called coquest, mrs Tiffany S. answered, ordered a part and brought it to me where I was parked!!!! This is THE BEST AUTO PARTS STORE IN MT!! Thank you guys! Thank you for your help!
