Carr Clinic San Angelo

Have a 2016 Colorado that overheated. For sure thought it was the thermostat. Took it to Carr Clinic because of their excellent service in the past. Was told probably thermostat and was upfront that it would be a doozie to replace because of make and model. Spot on. Had a friend that was charged $1400 at another place. Turns out it wasn’t the thermostat and was charged $135. Unbelievable. 90% of other shops would have claimed thermostat. This business is as honest and professional as they come!!!

I recently got my car repair at Carr clinic. There was a broken radiator hose in my car. Carr clinic is one of the greatest place in the world. I would say I got a warm car care family in San Angelo. I personally love this place as I experienced that they treat you as a family member, considerate about your budget, they are patient, trustworthy and the quality of repair is satisfying the customer. They are not overpriced like other car care center and the quality for the repair you got back is better than other car care center. Just my honest review. Also for the wiring, very reasonable price. The owner Mr. Always right is the person whose name and work is exactly identical. They won’t never overcharge you. Even you won’t believe the price quote is less than you estimate. LITERALLY SAVED MY LIFE AND DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME FOR IT. I went in because I heard some rubbing noise from my back tire, thought it was something with the wheel hub. Instead, they found that my brake line had fallen down and was rubbing against my tire. Luckily they caught it before the line got a hole in it - otherwise, my brakes would have failed. When I went to pick it up, they refused any payment, saying it was an easy fix to resecure the line. Wouldn't even let me pay for the diagnostics. And they definitely could have scammed me, I don't know anything about cars. Honestly, the whole experience felt like having my dad work on my car. These guys are knowledgeable, caring, and honest. I'll never take my car anywhere else again.

My son just arrived at Angelo State this past Saturday and last night his 2005 Camry wouldn't start. We reached out to some individuals with ties to San Angelo and they recommended another shop, so we had roadside assistance drop off his car at another shop. That shop was unable to get to it until next week, so after getting additional recommendations, a number of folks told us to take it to Carr Clinic. I called John and let him know our situation and he spoke very highly of the other company and the owner, in addition, he let us know that they also offer a 10% discount to ASU students. He did let me know that they could get to our son's car tomorrow if we could get it over to them. Tony was able to get my son’s truck in quick. Dropped off. Was serviced and out the door in 3 hours!! Was making a terrible noise. Front end just needed greased. Highly recommend Carr Clinic.
