Carillo’s Automotive was able to take a look at my vehicle much quicker than other repair shops in the area that were quoting me with a minimum of a three day wait time. Staff was very courteous, professional and friendly. Price was also reasonable and they fixed my vehicle in one day. Thank you so much guys! I will definitely be using this repair shop in the future if needed.

Charges 3x what other automotive shops would for simple things that can be done on one's own. Javier doesn't care too much about the people, just the money. He's also very rude and ignorant. He has no regard for local businesses, downplays those around him because "the world revolves around him". Just an overall negative person, wouldn't trust him with any vehicles i own.

I do not recommend this shop at all he charged me twice to fix my car took it to him after he had it for 2 weeks it finally was done only to find out the same check engine light came back on took it back to his shop after having it another two weeks he charged me again to fix it!!! Dude is a scam bad business for sure!!!!

My wife and I were recently traveling through Midland on our way to Ruidoso. We encountered some mechanical issues. To make a lo g story short, both Robert and Xavier, the owner, understood our situation and made accommodations to help get us back on the road safely. Service was honest, professional and thorough.
