Oil change completed on a Saturday morning with a 10 am appointment. Waited two hours for the truck to be done. I don't think the tech looked under the hood, as I checked the oil before leaving to find a large wasp nest on top of the air filter housing. Otherwise satisfied

Every time I have been there which is 3 times over the same issue in less than 1 1/2 years for transmission shudder. First time they did a transmission flush and filter changes. The problem went away for a short time. Second time, they said they had to replace the torque converter. It wasn't locking up like it should That lasted just under a year and they had the vehicle almost 2 weeks maybe more. I just took it back for the third time and was told they had to replace the torque converter again. So obviously Chevy knows there are problem with this transmission. They also know that my extended warranty will end in less than 600 miles on my powertrain. So instead of putting a new transmission in the truck which it should get. This was their fix. I have dealt with other Chevy service depts at other locations. Bad attitudes and trying to charge me for stuff that didn’t need to be done. Brent here at Carroll Chevrolet was Awesome! He jumped on my vehicle issue right away and had it all fixed the same day. Highly recommend

I was asked to leave my only vehicle at the Dealership so the Transmission Technician could diagnose what someone thought was a Torque converter problem after a test drive. The Transmission Technician was not available I assume. My Service Advisor was unable to tell me anything axcept, I needed to leave my only vehicle at the Dealership to get in line to receive the diagnose and repair estimate. When asked approximately how many days I would be without a vehicle I was told they just did not know. Unable to walk the 12 miles home I did not leave my vehicle. I asked if the Dealership could call me the day before the Technician was available and I would leave my vehicle that morning the answer was no. I felt no alternative or common sense solution was attainable.

Kayla was helpful with booking our appointment. Kyle listen and make sure my concerns were not dismissed about my vehicle . He made the experience great.
