Our sliding glass door broke out of nowhere! We called and Rodney, came out the next day. Took measurements. It was not a standard size Rodney cleaned up all the broken glass. A week later he's here installing the new one! Yay! He even helped with the lock! We highly recommend this awesome service!

I called Carroll-David Distributing to replace a double pane window that had one broken pane. Their customer service was outstanding from beginning to end. Marie at the front desk was very knowledgeable and based on the information I gave her, she gave me a quote over the phone. She sent someone out to measure it the next day (Friday), the glass was ordered and it was installed on Monday. I paid exactly what she quoted me over the phone. Every person that I came into contact with this company was timely, professional, and did an excellent job! I would definitely recommend them and I will be keeping their number for future reference.
