Carroll Fuel Touch Free Car Wash

Absolutely the worst automatic service I've had in quite sometime. First the vendor won't take the money, and doesn't tell you why! Then you select the best service and leave with a dirty car. We know it was dirty right away because it didn't even get the windshield clean! Now come on. It couldn't even get the windshield clean. Unbelievable! My son is out back cleaning the crud left behind by your top of the line wash. Needed it good and clean because I'm putting protective door moulding on a perfect paint job van from 2014 metallic slate blue/gray Chrysler Town & Country . DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ! ITS $15.00 DOWN THE TUBES.

BEWARE! THIS PLACE STEALS YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION!! Everytime I use this place a strange charge shows up on my credit card. I haven't used this station in over a year. Then used it on New Years Eve. Hours later a charge for 1yr of Starz entertainment was charged to my card. I don't even watch TV.

I recently had a disappointing experience at a car wash. Unfortunately, the card machine malfunctioned, resulting in an extra charge on my account. I contacted the owner, who mentioned that the second charge was pending and might not go through, but it ultimately did. He provided me with a number to call for further assistance, but I found it unhelpful. While I'm not particularly angry, this experience has led me to decide not to return to this car wash. I hope they can improve their payment process in the future to avoid similar situations for other customers.

A great car wash. One of the best touch free car washes around. Price seems fair for what you get. It’s not going to do an amazing job because it is a touch free wash. But for winter, or just a quick clean it works great.

Only half of the car wash sprayers is working. Failed to print receipt. Guy inside clueless about car wash. Referred me to a 1-800 #. No thank you. You will no longer get my business. Avoid this place!
