Went in for mount and balance on a pair of loose wheels and asked for valve stem replacement because they were very weather cracked. They did not replace valve stems, leaving a dangerous situation where tire could deflate any time during use. Disappointed in attention to detail. Other than that, they did ask about corner location for directional tires which was good.

The place is excellent, they have a TV inside to wait for your car. The service is excellent. The best prices on their services. I have known them for more than 15 years. Thank you very much.🫶🏻🤝🏻🙏🏻🏆👍🏻

I was blown away and delighted by the awesome service and amazing price. I'm almost always a skeptic and try to quote a few different places before I have to use a large amount of money. My 1998 Pathfinder's tire size is a little rare and on the more expensive side as I found out from the places I visited. I was getting quotes of about 600 to 810. I thought I had a good quote from Firestone but once I called up Marty, he told me I could get all 4 tires, the exact size I wanted, and the exact specs I needed, all for 100 dollars less than the deal I thought I was gonna get. And Johnny 5, the fastest hand in the river , and his crew got it done in 30 minutes. A huge thanks to Marty and his fantastic crew. You guys rock.

I had tire semi-emergency; ended up in Costco parking. I called around (Costco didn’t have a single tire my size). My usual place was going to have me drop off my car (you know how that goes- it means no car all day and finding someone to pick you up and take you back at who knows when time). I called Carrol’s- they had my tires in stock and said to come on.I got my two tires AND an alignment for less than my usual’s quote for two tires. AND I was done and out in < 1hr. Update- 06/13/24 - This time my brakes were grinding. I walked in with no appointment, got a great estimate, they call me half hour later to tell me what I needed and what I didn’t need- I only needed pads. How great was that AND at a reasonable cost?! Total time from walk-in to pick-up: just over an hour. 5 stars
