This is a true detailer who knows what they're doing. They're also very professional as they walk around the car giving recommendations. This isn't a $20 auto wash with some vacuums outside and "tire shine". I brought a car here that I was planning to sell. It had sat under trees outside for what seemed like years and the inside was covered in doghair and some type of... stuff. Idk.
