C.A.R.S. Collision

I brought in a vehicle to have work done on the drivers side front quarter panel. The owner was excellent to work with. Great communication in a timely fashion, professional, trustworthy and he looked out for my best interest when communicating with the insurance company. I came in with an emergency. My truck hatch door was hanging in by a bolt. I had to get on highway for an hour drive home but, I couldn't leave with the door like that or the air pressure driving would have snatched it off and possibly killed a motorist on the highway. I googled body shops and C.A.R.S Collision was only down the street. I pulled in early in the morning. The tech Vito was already working on someones vehicle. He welcomed me and asked how could he help me. I explained the serious situation. He immediately stopped and attended to my problem. He couldn't fix it. However, he said he could secure it by using a strong wire and strong tape. I agreed. The door didn't move, shake, rattle or anything, as I was driving. I was so happy and relieved.
