Always very helpful and they explain everything in a way that I with zero knowledge of mechanics can understand. I also find their prices to be extremely fair and reasonable.

These guys do great work . Ive never felt like i was overcharged, and they are straightforward about what needs repaired , as well as what could be needed done in the future . They get you in as soon as they can . They are busy most of the time, but their work speaks for itself .

My go to mechanic, very nice, helpful, goes out of his way, just communicate with them, very clean shop, good manners with all of them, I love it!

We all have heard about that Utopian Garage where the owner does the work and you have gotten done and he (the owner) was a real life saver.C.A.R.S is like that. I was broken down in Coldwater Ohio heading back to Michigan w/my '02 Silverado,pooch and 20' enclosed car hauler,I lost brakes at like 12:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday-everyone was closed,closing and had plans-after a bit Justin(the owner of C.A.R.S-1 of the places I had called) came to Tractor Supply to find me as he couldn't call (where i was stranded) and had me follow him to his shop-he knew I needed all new brake lines,so he cancelled his plans to help out a stranded stranger-it took him many hours to do this-well into Saturday night-he finished and I had brakes again,I got a room locally as was still 5 hours from home,b
