UPDATE: Owner Scott promised to review the paperwork on the faulty BMW 5 Series we bought, but he no longer answers our calls — Our car broke down in the middle of the road, as you can see in the photo, and despite their claims of being in business for over 21 years, they have completely failed to respond to our calls or take responsibility. It’s unacceptable that a company with such experience can’t even show the basic courtesy of answering their customers or resolving issues. We just want our money back and some honesty. Very disappointing and unprofessional service — would not recommend to anyone They sold us a car with a destroyed engine that broke down in under two weeks, then tried to blame us. Those who wrongfully take what belongs to others will never prosper!! Not even 1 star! We strongly advise against doing business with Joseph. He sold us a car that, according to an official BMW inspection report, had serious pre-existing mechanical issues. Despite the clear evidence, he spoke disrespectfully on the phone and falsely claimed that we were responsible for the damage — even though he admitted to having used the vehicle for two months prior to the sale. This behavior demonstrates clear dishonesty and an intent to deceive. We will be pursuing all legal and regulatory channels to receive our money back and to ensure that others are properly warned.
