I have recently just bought me a new car two weeks ago and I just want to say Marquez and Bijan was outstandingly helpful with the process of getting this car. I came in looking for a car that fits me and my everyday needs. They listened and got straight to work. I was struggling on insurance; it being me first time dealing with it and Marquez not only helped me find insurance that accommodates with my earnings but he also made sure I understood and not left with confusion. He also helped me understand new things to the car to make sure that I know everything and feel comfortable driving off the lot. My buddy Alan bought a really nice clean brand new looking 2019 Nissan Rogue from Cars R Us in Tacoma WA on South Tacoma Way yesterday 2/11/26. The owner's Bijon and Arsha were extremely nice and helpful and professional my buddy Alan has less than good credit and yet Bijon and Arsha were able to work with him and sell him the Nissan Rogue for the amount that Alan could afford to put down as a down payment and more importantly at the monthly finance rate that Alan wanted and could afford to pay every month! Bijon and Arsha were both just great guys that really worked with Alan and his credit issues yet in the end were able to make Alan happy as he was able to purchase his new Nissan Rogue yesterday. What a sad excuse for a car dealership. Called to and made an appointment to look at a Blue Impreza. When we got there, the car was fine, nothing crazy, and we were interested in buying it! It was really dirty on the outside, but nothing that couldn’t be fixed. Once we were ready to test drive the car, we were told by a salesperson who was new, that we had to complete AND submit a credit application before we test drove it. In the past 4 years we’ve bought 3 cars and have NEVER been asked to submit a credit application before test driving a car. Once completed the application and needed to hit “submit”, we informed the sales person we didn’t feel comfortable submitting a credit application before even test driving the car to ensure it was safe, and running well.
