Carsonia Car Care & Orth Towing

Been going to them for a few years and service was good along with prices until most recent service from them (coolant flush and a new battery). It turned into headache due to my windshield mysteriously cracking while in there care. They over scheduled (5/1/24) so my car service got pushed back to the next day (5/2/24) which wasn't the end of the world ,but it had to sit on there lot an extra day which possibly could've avoided this whole situation. They refuse to fix the cracked windshield and insist it was already cracked before I dropped it off ,witch isn't true I have pictures to prove it. They lost my trust, business and recommendation due to this minor inconvenience that seemed avoidable. If a little problem like this wouldn't be fixed I can't imagine how they would handle more serio

Very honest, they checked out my car for a suspected starter issue and couldn’t diagnose anything wrong since my check engine light had magically turned off the morning of my appointment. They didn’t even charge me a bill for checking it out. A lot, if not any other place would have charged $100 diagnostic fee or something and maybe even tried to up charge me repairs I don’t need. Lady at the front is also crazy nice!

Great owners with skilled mechanics and at reasonable prices. These folks always deliver. I once had a flat moment before driving across the state. They made it a priority and squeezed me in to fix the tire. This is just one example of many!

Great experience. They towed and quickly troubleshooted what was wrong with my car. Fixed it the same day for an amazing price! Customers for life!
