Body shops in my experience have always been notorious for mediocre work and lack of accountability. This was most definitely not the case at Carstar. The staff was extremely courteous and professional, the repair was handled promptly, and the final work product was outstanding. There was a minor miscommunication, but the staff was honest about it and corrected the issue immediately. Shout out to Brian for outstanding communication throughout the process. Overall seamless transaction, highly recommend!

CARSTAR Ambassador repainted a.section of the front bumper of our 2018 Chevrolet Tahoe and blended it to match the rest of the bumper. I cannot tell which section of the bumper.was repainted - looks perfect. The price was a fraction of the other quotes I got. And the service from Brian and his staff was excellent. What more could you ask for - totally satisfied.

My car looks brand new! Better than I expected. And they aligned my wheels. The person helping me was polite, kind, and considerate. After they finished, I left my rental car in their parking lot, and they drove it to Enterprise. I highly recommend CARSTAR Ambassador Collision!
