I recently had a fantastic experience at Carstar body shop! They did an excellent job repairing the front and tail bumper of my CLA Mercedes. From the start, everything was timely, efficient, and professional. Mr. Jamie was especially helpful—he communicated clearly, answered all my questions, and displayed a great deal of knowledge that made finalizing everything a breeze. The reception was warm and welcoming, and I truly appreciated that my paperwork was always ready when I arrived. To top it off, they even provided transportation to my home and then took me to Enterprise to pick up my rental car. With the exception of one molding part on the left fender, everything else was done to perfection. Can’t even tell there was a wreck. Chris is going to ship me the part to get it installed here but really have to give them 5 stars. I drove it back to Texas and drives just like new and all the sensors operating normally and that’s what matters the most, that molding is just cosmetic. Thank you for taking great care of my vehicle.
