The staff at CARSTAR in Fountain Hill were very understanding of my situation and were willing to work with me under unexpected circumstances. They kept me posted of the length of time, answered any questions I had with patience and helped me find a reasonably priced car rental while repairing my car door that a deer had run into. I would definitely go back to them again and recommend their shop for a job well done.

I was in a fender bender and needed a quote quickly, so I gave them a call. They told me to come right in, and within five minutes of arriving I had a very reasonable quote. There was zero pressure to add on extra services, and I was able to schedule my repair for the following week and be on my way. The service couldn’t have been better. This will definitely be my go-to place moving forward!

They did free estimate with no appointment and it was the middle of two I had gotten there were caring and offered immediate times to start the work within 1week they completed the repair and I got the car back quickly I needed it to work I didn’t have a rental due to accident

Having been sideswiped, I decided to take my vehicle to Mark and his crew and trust them with the work. I did not have driver side access other crawling over the passenger seat or hoping for a sunny day that I could keep my window open. I had prior experience with Mark before, about a year ago, and was pleased with the results so it was logical to trust them again. After a slight delay due to some prior body work that was done on the vehicle (not their fault) I received my car back and again was not disappointed. In addition to fixing the drivers side doors I also got my wheels redone, a repair on the front right corner, and decided it was time to get rid of the front plate mount from the being a NJ car when new. Mark is extremely honest about work that needs done, work that can be done
