CarStar did an amazing job at repairing my vehicle back to the way it was before the accident. They do quality work and do not rush the job but are very conscious about returning your vehicle as soon as possible along with it being safe as it was before accident. I would recommend this shop to anyone especially if you’re in the Syracuse central NY area. I also would like to tank Jeff who is the person that stayed in contact with me through the whole process from start to end!

They looked at my car and took pictures of damages quickly and sent them onto the insurance company for repair approval. I'll add more after I get my car repaired. I received my car back, Carstar staff were incredibly efficient and professional during the entire time my car was being repaired. The end results are phenomenal, great job and the car looks fantastic. I highly recommend Carstar Carmaster to repair your automobile in the Event you should need it. Solid 5 ⭐ from me.

This place was recommended to me by the AAA agent I spoke after my accident. While my vehicle was on their premises. An entire set of vehicle detailing and car cleaning products were stolen. My vehicle has been there since Feb 18. I've spoken to Jeff a handful of times on the phone and once in person. I had stopped by Saturday and found my vehicle unlocked, I locked it and closed all 4 doors. Yesterday when I went back a door was left ajar and I noticed my trunk had been ransacked. When I brought this issue to the lobby, I was told that nothing could be done and that it wasn't their fault, and that also it's happened to other people before. Literally the best experience I've ever had with any car repair! Everyone was friendly and had a good sense of humor, and they gave me constant updates. I was surprised to find my super gross car was sparkling clean inside and out when I picked it up. It's never been that clean since I bought it! I will definitely return here for all future repairs, thanks guys! 10/10
