CARSTAR Celebrity Chase Collision

Thank you to CarStart Collision for the excellent work on my vehicle. They repaired my suspension and completed all the bodywork and painting after my accident, and the results were outstanding. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and very attentive to details. They took the time to explain the repairs, kept me informed throughout the process, and made sure everything was done the right way. The suspension now feels solid and smooth, and the paint job looks flawless—my car honestly looks like new again. You can really see the quality of their workmanship and the pride they take in their work. The service was efficient, and they treated my car with great care and respect. I truly appreciate their dedication, honesty, and customer service. I highly recommend Car

While I am satisfied with the final repair work on my vehicle, I cannot overlook the issues I experienced throughout the process. The length of time my car remained in the shop was far beyond the original promise, ultimately running several weeks late. I hope these concerns are taken seriously so future customers receive the level of service and transparency that should acc

Being a first for me working with a collision shop I would say my experience was good, not amazing, but good. I came in for a broken door lock and damaged left drivers side post break in attempt. The biggest issues I had with them were lack of communication and work done. I had always initiated calls for updates in the 4 weeks the car was with them and only received updates when parts came in but not on the process with dealing with insurance which was the biggest hiccup. The work in total had been about $5000 and for what was covered by insurance I still found it a bit lacking. I understand paint matching isn’t easy especially on colors like mine but it wasn’t what I expected for work that totaled close to such a high amount. Small scuffs and chipped parts were noticeable upon closer insp
