CarStar in Rapid City, fixed the damage after a deer ran into me. They communicated well with me during the process and kept me informed of any delays. My car looks great and the work completed was high quality. I would also like to add that my car came back to me in exceptional condition and was very clean. Great customer service!
2 times I’ve had to bring my vehicle. Staff here is amazing, friendly and helpful. Jess has worked hard and helped me both times, even when my insurance is giving me issues. Linda always is a delight. Vern has been great, helping me check out. Big shout out to the guys who made my car look brand new again. This paint job makes me feel brand new!!!!!
Our 3rd repair with Car Star in Rapid City, SD (dang deer). Vern was was thorough, informative, and amazing to work with. All other staff have been knowledgeable and pleasant to work with as well. We also want to thank Car Star for accommodating our schedule with repairs and with pick-up arrangements. I’m sure we will do business again with the abundance of beautiful wildlife in our area. 🦌

DO NOT TAKE YOUR COLLISION REPAIR TO CARSTAR!!!!!!!!! Went back 3 times!!! asking for help on repair.. in the end.. no help offered. Picked up vehicle Steering wheel was not straight ,took car back asked if they aligned the wheels . You have specs and paperwork...They said yea. Ill.check it out for ya...days later they say ..oh yeah our shop that inspected states "yeah it's in specs.... " get the car, still same problems. Steering wheel tilted left. Making awful noise.... I ask again. Can u look at my car. Its not right.. can you give me the alignment specs. Car is making noise and steering wheel not straight. . 30k on an luxury car. The car is not right... ok I'll ask for additional diagnostic.. they agree.. ok .. I ask for spec printouts. Days later, car ret
