Outstanding Service! Someone backed into my SUV while it was parked, and it needed some repair to the rear bumper and the hatch. The technicians at Carstar did an outstanding job. The car looks brand new. The manager, Rick, was extremely helpful to me in navigating the insurance for the claim which is always the most stressful part. He is very knowledgeable of how the claims process works, and he was very responsive to my questions and concerns. This is the second vehicle of ours that Carstar has repaired perfectly, and I would not go anywhere else should I need to have body work done on a vehicle in the future.I highly recommend them.

This was an insurance repair, so price was not a huge factor. But what I was interested in was restoring my car to the same or better condition, and on time. They met and exceeded my expectations!

We chose Carstar Collision to repair our damaged Mercedes Convertible, Which we had an accident on our front end. They were courteous, Professional, and very expeditious, and the way that they handled every aspect of the process. They dealt with the insurance company directly, so we did not have to be very involved until the process was complete. We were very pleased with everyone that we dealt with at Carstar.
