Now I understand why this place has such incredible reviews! This was my first time dealing with the entire process of getting hit, handling repairs, and coordinating a rental. They delivered my car in less than five days looking brand new and even managed the rental process for me. They had someone ready to drop me off at Enterprise, and I was able to leave the rental right at the shop once my car was ready. It was so easy! The customer service was excellent, and the work was stress-free. They detailed every corner of the car and even fixed small things I knew were there but weren't part of the accident. Absolutely Amazing! CarStar Ft. Lauderdale Motors blew my mind (James, Leo, Marcus and the rest of the team). These guys are professional and have a passion for cars. They did double the work and did amazing. Ft. Lauderdale Motors had to fix a really bad repair that another sister shop did and then fix left over damage from the car accident, that the other shop failed to address. As a car enthusiast, someone that loves their car, and someone who is detail driven, I’m happy to say that they didn’t quite bring my car back to its pre-accident state, but rather to a ‘Brand New’ off-the-lot kind of condition! It has taken me a while to write this review because I have so many GREAT things to say about CarStar . First off, James, this man is a GOD in my book. He made this process so easy. He has A+ customer service. James took such good care of Carmen ( the name of my car). He greeted me personally upon my arrival, and we had an excellent conversation. He made me feel like I was not just a number or cash in the pocket. He treated my Carmen like it was his own. James checked in with me by phone and text, and fixed Carmen's teeth (her grill had been damaged in an accident) with precision care and love. James even went above and beyond; he even made me keychains with Carmen's name on them. I highly recommend CarStar. Oh, and State Farm, if you are reading this, please send all your accident claims
