Mike and his staff did an excellent job on my car. I had to replace the front quarter panel on the driver's side. When I went to get an estimate, we talked about the job and I asked about some minor dents on the same side. Mike said they could do it all. Mike said should be about 5 days depending on parts availability. We set up an appointment he ordered the parts so when I brought the car in he was ready to go to work. I asked for 5 day turnaround Mike said he would try. Well they got in done in 5 days and the work was perfect. I highly recommend CarStar for any collision work you need. Great staff, Kim in the office also kept me informed on the status.

DO NOT go here, DO NOT let your insurance send you here - these people are dishonest and dishonorable, They destroyed my daughter's car and refused to take any responsibility for the damage they caused. When we brought it in it had a dent in the back but was running perfectly fine. They were supposed to do a quote and then fix the car because of a fender bender that was not our fault. Instead, while doing the ""quote". They ripped the back half of the car apart, issued the insurance company a greatly inflated estimate so they "totaled" the car and when we were arranging to pick it up they told us what they had done and that they wouldn't put it back the way we brought it to them. Mike Leahy is true blue: honest, a supreme problem solver, with a gentle manor that puts you at ease. I had been to three other mechanics before him and was told it couldn’t be fixed. Kim was very kind and helpful. Carstar is the best.

I had an excellent experience, they were very responsive, helpful, friendly and worked directly with Amica. They helped coordinate a car rental so that when I dropped off my truck, I was able to pick up the rental car. They did an excellent job and my truck came back looking like new and there were no out-of-pocket costs other than my deductible. I’m highly satisfied and I can highly recommend CarStar Hudson Collision Center.
