CARSTAR Lexington Collision

This shop was on a list of preferred places recommended by Progressive to take my Yaris to after hitting a deer on my way home from work on January 16th. They had my car for roughly three weeks. I just picked my car up from them today and it looks as if the accident never occurred. The team there was fast and efficient and even had my rental car ready within five mins of dropping it off. They were super kind as well. I would 100% recommend them to anyone in my area to take their cars to their location

On October 17 a deer hit my truck. A few days later I dropped my truck off and the staff at CARSTAR was very friendly and helpful. By October 24th they had inspected the damage, ordered the parts and called me to let me know all parts would be in within a week and the repairs would take about 2 weeks to complete. I was expecting my truck to be finished November 14 but I was happily surprised to get a call on November 10 letting me know my truck was ready for pick up. When I arrived, I looked my truck over and you can’t even tell there was any damage. CARSTAR went above and beyond to get my truck fixed correctly and earlier than expected. I will recommend CARSTAR to anyone who needs body work done to their vehicle.

Their professional staff kept me informed and expert technicians were able to restore my car better than it was before the accident. Very pleased with my experience with them and their attention to detail.

We normally go to caliber collision but we recently changed insurance carriers and the recommended this location. Unless it changes drastically I won't be a customer again. When dropping off the car, we pointed out all the damage from the accident and asked them to replace the brakes as a non-accident repair to be paid out of pocket since it didn'tmake sense to take it from one shop to another just for brakes. They stated they could likely do the repair and they would get back to me on the brake estimate. Several weeks later they called stating that most of the work was done and that my vehicle would be ready soon. I inquired as to the brake repair and they stated they didn't know but would ask the mechanic and call me back. A few days later I got a call stating I needed to pick up my car

Very happy with the work that Carstar does. My car is now flawless from being hit, they washed the car and cleaned the inside completely. They were very communicative, friendly and professional. I hope I never need them again but if I do I will only be bringing my car here.
