CARSTAR Mountain Highway

Went here as my insurance said this was one of their shops and all I would have to do is bring it there and my insurance would handle everything. Took my vehicle there to get my door and some other things fix after being ran into by an uninsured driver, and ended up with multiple vertical scratches all over my windshield on the drivers side only, which is the same side that the repairs to the body were done. They gave me the run around for weeks and then refused to take responsibilities for my window. They replaced my door with a defective door that you could clearly see the door didn't fit right. The door was not lined up with the other door. The trim was popped up in a spot. Mike told me if he adjust the door then the trim wont line up. I told him then there is a problem with the door so

I brought my car in to have some front end and rear end damage repaired in the service I got was amazing from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly and informative during the whole entire process not only that the car was promised in three weeks and I received my car in two weeks. They did a fantastic job. Second time taking my car to them for a repair from an accident. Car looks perfect like nothing bad even happened to it. I had work done on the front left bumper, headlight, fender and paint. They finished my car 10 days earlier than the estimated date. Very happy with their service and dedication.

My car was taken in and repaired in a timely manner despite this being over a holiday period when there were struggles getting parts and such. The CarStar team and Daniel have been fabulous!! I'm a travel nurse and I got into an accident with my home on wheels on June 16th 😢. A lot of unique issues and obstacles occurred. I had a Promaster camper Van with a cargo carrier hanging from the back . And I was not a resident of Washington and needed insurance to approve everything before they could start the work which took a week. The key was stuck in the ignition, all the transmission oil leaked out preventing the van to change gears, so the guys had to push my 7000lbs+ van into their bay. I had to fly back to Florida to stay with family since I didn't have a home. It took them about 3 weeks to finish the job. They did the alignment and inspected the vehicle.
