This will always be my go to place! I never liked going to car places at all. On top of that I have social anxiety. However everyone was welcoming and nice. They were communicative and got straight to the point vs other places that just give you bs. They fixed up my car and it looks brand new. On top of that o did ask for my wheels to be changed out and some other things. They were more than happy to help me out. I’m really glad I come here.

Fast and efficient. They keep me up to date with every part of the process. Check in and check out was quick and simple. My car looks brand new.

Great body shop for the work that was performed on my vehicle. Great communication (a couple times too great 😜), phenomenal work, and the cleanliness of my interior was extremely immaculate and smelt outstanding! There were a couple issues that I noticed that needed to be adjusted or fixed, and they immediately took care of my wants/needs.

Renee was absolutely amazing throughout this entire process!! I was involved in a rear-end collision in my Chevrolet Equinox, but because of how transparent and quick she was with communication, I had almost zero stress. She kept me updated every step of the way, explained everything clearly, and even coordinated with the rental car company so I had a car ready when needed. My vehicle was finished in just one week. The rest of the staff was equally supportive, and the service was quick. I was also pleasantly surprised by how clean my car was when I picked it up—it looked like it had been detailed. Diego and his team at CARSTAR Mr. Collision did an excellent job repairing the bumper of my Infiniti QX60. This repair was necessary due to a rear-end collision with a Ford-150 pickup. I got my SUV back one day ahead of the projected repair schedule, and it was spotless, both inside and out. The CARSTAR Mr. Collision’s staff is very professional and diligent, and the waiting room, as well as other areas of the office, are immaculate.
