CARSTAR Right Choice Collision

Be warned if you are dealing with insurance. They wanted me to sign papers. 1) giving them power of attorney over my car. 2) that they would place a LEIN on my until all repairs are paid. But said they couldn't give an estimate until they took the rear bumper off. So this could mean insurance doesn't pay repairs, wants to total the car. But I'd choose not to total it, I want my car back. so if they've already taken off my rear bumper, and insurance won't pay for repairs, guess who has to pay them to remove the bumper and put it back on? Me. Or they keep on my car. No thank you. Also, the rug where you have to stand to talk to them smells like pee. Very satisfied with the work and my car was ready in two weeks. The staff is also friendly and would recommend!

We had a very unique situation in which our car was covered with asphalt tar. Literally the entire car. Others thought for sure it would be a total loss. These guys worked very hard and saved the car. There is some remaining minor damage but it's worth it to keep the car. Thank you for working so hard and fast.

Shop broke my bumper clips and denies it, blames it on my wrap shop but the bumper was never taken off at the wrap shop and the bumper was already sagging like this straight after repairs from them! They put gouges in my front splitter which they repaired, denied driving my car off their lot but the only way the splitter could of got gouges in it is by bottoming out, they tore my vinyl off my splitter as well. The only reason i took my GT350 here was because of the good job they did on my last mustang, I will never be using the shop again and will be filing complaints with my insurance company and the BBB.

Carstar has always been great and done a great job for me. I wish my van could have been repaired this time, but as the guy told me there was so much internal damage to the interior I’m glad they took the time to care and recommend totaling her out.
