We are truly delighted. The employees at Carstar...Russoms, are family to us now. They absolutely guided us thru what could have been a nightmare... seamlessly. We are so grateful. Angela and Ladonna are priceless and an asset to your organization, always smiling, patiently, walking us thru the paperwork, even helping unload the totalled vehicle. Rodney is a class act and took time to walk an old woman thru a thousand questions. This will not be forgotten. We have family and friends. Any towing or body work will be highly recommended. It's difficult at this time to find people who are kind and trustworthy. We have. Thank you.

My body work from an auto accident was outstanding!!! The work was completed before I figured it would be. The paint matched completely and it was detailed very nicely. If I ever need any body work done again I will definitely go back to Russom’s. All of the employees are great and very friendly.

I picked Carstar to repair my NEW Toyota Corolla Crossover, after a deer hit me on the front driver's side. Picked it up today, and I'm over the on the job they did. It came out perfect!! Everything was back to brand new. Not a blemish in the paint job, EVERYTHING was perfect!! These guys are spot on with the quality of work they perform!! I can't say enough good things about Carstar. Now to customer service, EXCELLENT. They took me to pick up my rental, then picked me up when my vehicle was ready.Ashley has the most pleasant personality ♥️ Jerry explained everything that they did to put it back to perfect. He even put my tag on. If I'm ever in needmy vehicle repaired and restored. There's only one place I'd use. Thank you to everyone at Carstar for the excellent service!!

People were very nice, cant complain about that. The work, however, was not the best. Had some outside work done due to a tree falling on my car. When they "washed" my car after all the work was done, whatever they used stripped some of my paint. They did tell me but never bothered fixing it or making it right. They had to replace my inside ceiling due to leaking from the shark fin (antenna), when they popped it off, my side panelling won't stay on, guessing a clip broke. Front seat belts wont retract nor can I move then up or down to adjust height. Just a bunch of small inconvenient things that did happen fixing a big job..to much of a headache to constantly call to get fixed. Just make sure to over check your work.

I had a deer run out in front of me in a brand new 2026 trail boss did significant damage to my front end took it in the CARSTAR got it back and it looks beautiful. I am a truck driver, so I never had any face-to-face dealings with anybody there, but was impressed with Rodney and how he let me know everything that was going on with my vehicle. Good communication with the place. People were kind of professional I would recommend CARSTAR TO ANYONE
