Absolute nightmare right from the start. Customer service is lacking. I was lied to and can prove it. Their best efforts left my rear hatch out of line and it has to be dropped to latch or push excessively hard to get it to latch. I’m positive the frame is bent, there’s gaps in panels on one side of my car and none on the other side and are very noticeable, my wife and daughter noticed them… I suspect this is due to one employee specifically and he knows who he is… Dude was nothing but problems and what he said to me in calls directly contradicts with what my insurance company told me he said to them. Dude lied to the car rental angency and said my claim was closed while he had my car in his garage waiting on my insurance company to respond. If you give this dude any resistance, he shuts

It did take a few months for Carstar to get me in but they did a fantastic job with my car, after some random lady decided to bump into me in the parking lot. Also cleaning and I think they polished or detailed my car, and I've found the staff super friendly. I really liked having the rental car pickup being in the same area too, it was just dicey driving on all season tires cuz we now have true winter weather. Just keep in mind it will take more than a few days cuz they are BUSY. Highly recommended if you get into a collision and need body work.

I was in a fender bender where I was hit from behind. My insurance company directed me to CarStar SSM to do the repair and I’m very happy with the outcome. The staff here advocated for me with my insurance company to have the necessary work done. They made the transition from dropping off my car and picking up the rental totally seamless. Any paperwork was always ready for me meaning I spent very little time waiting. In terms of the repairs that were done I’m very pleased with the final outcome. The paint matches the body perfectly, with the only tell being the bumper is shinier than the body. They also replaced my tail lights and the hatch door, all of which look stellar. No one wants to be in an accident but the team here took a bad situation and made it better.

The staff here is excellent! They were extremely friendly! The technician and his supervisor went above and beyond to make sure my truck was in running properly, and the work they did is beautiful! Looks like new. Thanks team Carstar..

Booked an online appointment, confirmation email was recieved. Got there, and they refused to even give me an estimate or look at it when I came in for my appointment. They had 16 days to call and cancel the appointment, which I would have preferred as I am working nights. Do not book here if your insurance makes you book it yourself, they only accept people directly booked by insurance companies for insurance claims.
