CARSTAR Shanafelt

Great result at a great price. Carstar Shanafelt just replaced the entire front bumper and grill on my 2018 Mazda 6. They are wonderful people and do a great job. Tracey was our point of contact. This was a self pay repair and and did not involve insurance. We dropped the car off at 8 am on Monday and the car was ready by end of business day on Wednesday. I supplied all of the part that I ordered from Amazon. (Are the Amazon parts as good as OEM parts? No. Do they fit and look good? Yes.) Carstar Shanafelt was okay with me bringing my own parts (most big name shops like Caliber Collision wouldn't do this kind of job). The price was great and the results were excellent. The team at carstar Shanafelt was great and so helpful with everything when I took my car there after an accident. They were quick getting the repairs done, great at keeping me informed on things, and their painter did an awesome job matching/blending the paint for my car, which is difficult. Service could not have been better. I’ve used several body shops over the years and Carstar Shanafelt was great with attention to detail, my questions, and price.
