CARSTAR Simi Valley

Great shop! There was some miscommunication between them and insurance, but I called, and they diligently answered all my questions! The front desk girl was super friendly, and all the mechanics I spoke to were so nice and diligent. If I didn't understand the price or repair they would explain it to me. I went through insurance, and I don't know much about average cost, so I can't speak on that, but in terms of quality and customer service, 10/10. I am definitely going to look at them first moving forward when comparing prices because the quality of their work is there! I got my car back cleaner than I left it! And again so nice! I know nothing about cars and even forgot to give them my wheel lock. I called a bunch of times with questions and forgot things. They answered everything clearly

Carstar was absolutely a pleasure to work with. They worked with my insurance company kept me informed from start to finish. Which is very much appreciated. By the way my car repair was impeccable. This was my third time working with them and they are the best. My car came out just like new. Thanks guys

This is my second time taking my truck to CarStar. First time it was for a manufacturer warranty paint job and second time I’ve also had some additional work done. I’m very happy with the results and the customer service I have received.

This place was recommended by my insurance company and now I know why. They were courteous gracious explained everything when they found more damage they actually called me and let me know what was going on. When all the work was done they even cleaned my car for me

Great service, time frame and work. My car had orginal paint before my accident they matched it and fixed it flawlessly and did more than i expected in there service. The only shop i would take any of my cars to and I would really recommend anyone to come here.
