They made a bad experience almost painless. I had never hit anything and was intimidated by turning me car over to anyone. They were thorough, explained the whole process, helped with acquiring a rental and coordinating with my insurance. They repaired my car to look like new in the time frame they quoted. I would recommend them to anyone.

I can't say enough about the great job they did on replacing my left tail lights. The cost was affordable and the service was quick. I was very impressed and shared this information with my daughter in law who was very impressed as well. They will definitely be my go to company, hopefully, not any time soon.

Great communication and fast service! Job was complete days before the schedule date. They even have a relationship with Enterprise down the street where Enterprise will pick you up from Carstar and you can return your rental at Carstar when you pick your vehicle back up. Extra plus! Would highly recommend!

Don and his crew did a good job on the repair of my daughter’s SUV. The job was completed quickly and the paint match of the color was spot on.

I went to them for an estimate after making an appointment online and was refused service. I was told they needed all insurance information etc… which is necessary if insurance is paying or if I agreed to let them repair damages, but not to give a quote or an estimate. I personally have been in the insurance industry over 10 years and never met a body shop not willing to give an estimate….how can a person know the cost of doing business if you won t tell them the cost, unless they agree to do business? Not sure if it’s cause I m a black man, or not stupid, but they def let me know my business is not welcomed
