Darla was exceptional to work with after I totaled my truck hitting a deer 2 days before Christmas. Will always trust Wicklunds Carstar with any of my vehicles! They do awesome work! Although, I took it somewhere closer to my home to be repaired. They are still the tops with me!

Beautiful work. Excellent team to work will. Kelly was great. Got me right in for an estimate. Repair took longer than expected but that was due to parts not arriving on time. I would definitely recommend them!

I was extremely satisfied with the work done on my car. I had hit a coyote and as a result popped out my fog light, damaged the wind shield fluid container, and cracked the fender. All was repaired by Carstar Wicklund on a timely schedule with care to detail. I’d definitely recommend this body shop to friends.

Super disappointed, the lady I spoke with was very rude in multiple conversations and stopped the estimate before completing because she wanted to force her opinion of the car being "totaled" even though I had already told her insurance may not be involved in the repair. My car was there for almost two weeks just to end up with a partial estimate and then I had to call four times and come in person to actually get it back because they keep the office inappropriately staffed. The only positive here was the great customer service from Aaron... Other than that I would never come back. The last thing I need is someone adding more stress during an already incredibly stressful time
