CARSTAR Williams Autobody

It took far too long for this repair. We expected that the repair would be done at your shop as it had always been done in the past. Turns out that Our car was sent to other shops for the repair, painting, etc. we were told it would be ready on Mon, so we turned our rental car in on Sat. On Mon we were told it would be ready on Wed, then we were told Fri, then Mon, then you had to return the mirror as they had sent you the wrong one — then a few more days were added on till you received it, got it painted & finally put onto my car. The final product is very satisfactory but we were very dissatisfied w/ the delays & the overall time it took to accomplish the job. Sorry we can’t give you a better review.

Went in today to schedule an appt to fix a dent in my car, as it turns out they were able to take care of it on the spot. Everyone was so nice and helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed. Thank you so much for your help

Love love love ❤️ this is my second time going to them and they don’t miss! Friendly staff and I had no worries when I dropped my car off ! They did an awesome job

Took my 2020 Honda Odyssey to them and they treated me very fairly. Hit a deer with my van, they replaced everything and took care of us, also took the extra steps to go further and beyond anything I expected. You will not be disappointed if you use there services.

Excellent work. The job needed to be done to meet my needs. They agreed and met that expectation. Thank you .
