Had the passenger side damage fixed on my 2024 RAM 3500. This shop does great work, paint matched with no issues. Dropped off on a Monday and they had me back in my truck by Thursday the following week. . Highly recommend them for any body work or general repairs. Hector does a great job with updating and keeping me informed on all of my repairs.

I took my car to CarStar Windfern Collision recently for a minor accident on my back door with a big dent. They gave me a reasonable rate and it took about 3 days to finish the painting! I was happy with their work! The dent disappeared and the paint matched the original paint (Silver color)! Hector (the estimator) was very friendly and helpful to give me all the info that i needed! These guys are absolutely a blessing in a hot mess from an accident. Fernando Luna is such an accommodating, kind, compassionate man who truly understands the trauma and chaos of a total loss car accident. Customer service is a top priority for carstar AND Fernando. I had so many questions and I was such a mess and he understood it was my first wreck and explained everything even when I asked the same question 3 times! If you ever need a body shop, I will never use anyone else, I'm a very satisfied and now loyal and repeat customer. They even have a way to get discounts on enterprise rentals right there at the shop!
