I will never buy a car anywhere else. Carstock is top tier in every way. The best used cars I’ve ever seen. Eli and JJ were friendly and addressed all my concerns. Can’t wait to return in a couple years to get my daughter a car.

I had owned a 2009 Lexus RX 350 previously and traded it when it reached almost 200,000 miles on a 2017 Lexus RX. After having it totaled in a December traffic accident I started my search for a newer RX up to and including a 2022 model which have the V6 engine. I came across a low mileage 2021 RX on Carstock, and even though I live in PA, I decided to inquire about the car beyond the pictures. Eli was extremely helpful and accommodating thoughout the whole process of finding out more and made me feel at ease about entering into an agreement from long distance. He even had it sent out to a paint shop to have the door repainted when I noticed a couple of scratches from the pictures. I have never purchased a car sight unseen or especially not driving it. Traded my car for an Rc350. Customer Service was amazing, and they were quick to reply and keep me with updates. Negotiates well and gives you a good and satisfied result. I actually found Carstock through a search on Craigslist, which at first, made me a 'little' suspect, but, I must say it was my best find! Whenever buying a used car, there is always the doubt about will there be issues, or how reliable is the seller...all those negative thoughts. When I saw the listing of Lexus vehicles that they had, I was a bit relieved, knowing they only dealt with reliable cars. Prior to visiting, Jackie kept me well informed about anything I was asking about. Upon visiting, she was equally helpful and welcoming.
