Hi I would like to share my experience at this dealership. Mr. Val the owner was very helpful and accommodating. I purchased a 2016 Q50 infinity and drove it a few days I was not excited anymore with this vechiel . so I called me VAL and explained this to him I had my heart set on the 2019 QX50 infinity Mr Val went out of his way to make sure that I got this vechiel and that, I was happy With it. and yes I was very happy with it. Val, the owner is a very dishonest person. He sold me a car with bad tires that subsequently caused the 4 wheel drive train to fail within days of the purchase. His answer… not my problem, you bought the car. Worth thing is that he knew what he was selling and didn’t do anything to correct the problem. This dealer should be shut down for fraud

I must strongly advise potential buyers to exercise extreme caution with this dealership. My experience has been deeply frustrating and costly. My primary concern is that the dealer appears solely focused on selling inventory and maximizing profit, with little regard for the actual condition or long-term satisfaction of the customer. I purchased a vehicle that was subsequently imported to Germany. Upon arrival and further inspection, the car proved to be in a significantly worse state than represented—effectively a complete piece of junk. This purchase has resulted in a major financial loss for me, as I am now stuck with a damaged/worthless asset. They had a vehicle I liked, saw it, zelled the down payment. It was late and he said come tomorrow and he'll do the paperwok til then. 5 days later... Tomorrow still isn't here yet! Went to Elite Autos and 2 hours later, left in a simiilar, but better vehicle. 1 Star, cause you can't post without it.
