Hands down the BEST place to go to! We have done business with Carter's Collision a few different times now over the years and have always been happy, but this last time Scott went above and beyond. He was so helpful from beginning to end. He truly cares about his customers and it shows. Communicated with me about the car and everything in between...better than my insurance company did. He did an amazing job fixing my son's mustang too it looks so much better! I just got my Tundra back from Carter Collision. A deer collision did quite a bit of damage to the front passenger side, including caving in the front door. I could not be more impressed with the level of service and professionalism I received from them. They were friendly and helpful. They kept me regularly informed as they worked with my insurance company to secure approval for additional work that was not on the original estimate. The repair itself is flawless and the truck looks better than it did before the accident.
