Best car buying experience I’ve had! I was an out of state buyer and Edwin send me extra videos and pictures of the truck I was buying. We did everything over the phone and signed paperwork through email. Had the truck shipped and it delivered the following day. 10/10 recommend Carter Motorcars for your next vehicle purchase. Just bought a 2021 Ford F350 last Wednesday and I worked with Alanna she was great! I looked at 4 different trucks they had there all were clean. I just fell in love with the dually. When you see the Clean Pre-Owned on the website it is an understatement! Edwin goes out of his way to make sure he puts nothing but the best vehicles on his lot. Clean cars, fair pricing and good people. Can't really ask for much more than that. We came in from out of state to purchase a car we found online. The holiday season, along with being out of state complicated things a bit. However, the guys at Carter Motorcars were very accommodating and took great care of us. Chip and Edwin were both easy to talk to and seem like honest and good guys. They answered every question we had and made us feel comfortable with our purchase. Because of the holidays and travel, we faced some delays with financing. Carter Motorcars was very patient and understanding.
