They diagnosed and repaired the issue fast, and their communication throughout the whole process was excellent. Everyone I interacted with was genuine and helpful, and the pricing was very fair for the work performed. I’m very happy with the service I received and truly appreciate how smoothly everything went. My experience at Carter & Sons was excellent. They retrieved my broken down heap, diagnosed it and made repairs within a couple of hours. They were friendly and helpful, and did not even comment on the uncleanliness of the vehicle, or even the fact that the front hood closes on headlights that are held together with rubber bands and loose wire. I'd go there again.

Highly recommend! My daughter got my wife’s car stuck in a culvert with it high-centered and only two wheels touching the ground. Rather than just ripping it out and tearing up the car, Rodney carefully and methodically used a jack and blocks to get it out. He went above and beyond and had a good, friendly attitude throughout the process (despite badly smashing his finger). Rodney turned a bad day into a good one. Thank you!
